▶ Watch: how I find where Medicaid billing revenue is leaking through the cracks

Case study

A biller was manually cross-referencing EVV reports every day to catch missed punches — often after they'd already delayed billing. I built an automated alert instead. Here's what it looks like:

Automated alert · sent 2:07 PM
MISSED CLOCK-OUT
Caregiver: J.M. · Client: #0442
Scheduled end: 2:00 PM
No clock-out recorded as of 2:07 PM
Action: confirm visit or flag for correction

Caught within minutes instead of days — before it becomes a documentation gap on a submitted claim.

"Before this system, we didn't find out about a missed clock-in until hours later, sometimes not until our biller was already reconciling at the end of the day. Now our coordinators get an alert within minutes, so they can call the caregiver and get it corrected the same day instead of relying on paper exception forms after the fact. It's given our team real peace of mind."

How it works

I start with a free review of your operations, then build the specific software that fixes what's costing you time and money. Right now that includes catching missed EVV punches before they cause claim delays — most EVV systems record exceptions, but few operationalize them fast enough for coordinators to act before billing.

Start with a free billing process review

If I find a gap where time or money is slipping through the cracks, I'll show you exactly where. If not, at least you'll know your billing process is covered.

I build every solution myself — no team, no outsourcing — so I'm only taking on 2 new agencies a month.

Questions before you book

Do you sign a BAA? Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. A signed BAA is in place before any of your data changes hands.

Will this work with our EVV system?

Right now, my production experience is with Sandata. If you're on a different system, we can still talk it through.

What does this cost?

The review itself is completely free. Beyond that, pricing depends on what we actually build. It's scoped to your agency's specific gaps, not a flat package, and you'll get a clear number before anything moves forward.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry both professional liability (E&O) and cyber liability insurance.

Why I built Bayin

My parents have worked as caregivers in home care for as long as I can remember. I've seen both sides of the industry — the work being delivered in the field, and the administrative work required to get paid for it — and what that work means for the families who depend on it. I kept seeing good agencies not getting paid, all because of a process problem, not a people problem. I wanted to bring my technical skills to help in the home care space in my own way, so I built Bayin. Today I work directly with agency owners and administrators to find where their operations are breaking down and build the software that fixes it.
